9.09.06

We made it through the first two weeks of off season... This is the toughest time of the year for me. Each year you reflect on what you have done and where you want to go. Then you dive back into training and breaking yourself down. This year, Jeremy and I have started with the hard work ( hills, stadiums, repeat 150's, lifting, etc..) but have incorporated more PV specifics that will build on all the changes that I made this last year. Here's an example of a recent workout:

Warm-up
sprint form
12 X 100m
Wt. Room: Inclines 3X8, Bent over rows 3X10, STLD 3X8, Squats 3X8.
Core Ball: DBL leg bridges, back ext, ham curls, quad curls, 1 leg push ups, russian twists, med ball sit ups 3X10.

Hope training is going well for everyone. A new season is right around the corner. What you do today could make the difference in a meet later in the season.
