Well, the outdoor season is officially underway for me. I went to the McDonnell invite at the University of Arkansas this past weekend. Although, I didn't do as well as I had hoped, I did come away with some new hope for the coming weeks. With the weather the past couple of weeks, we haven't been able to train like we would have hoped, so this weekend put that in perspective and points us in a positive direction for what is to come.

 

This week I will be working to better my long run and get on bigger poles. This is a sport of confidence and without the right amount, you will be moving backwards. So the word for the week will be "intent" and using that to help better the results for the next meet.
