Update

The last couple of weeks training have gone great. We are at 14 steps and jumping with a lot of confidence on big poles. After a couple of video sessions we have pinpointed a couple of areas to improve here in the next session. Looks good for our opener at Ole Miss.

In other news, we finally sold our home that had been on the market for 26 months. It has been a big relief to do that in this economy. This past weekend Lon and I went to Mobile for a big HS meet and made time for a couple of surf sessions. It turned out to be good surf and weather. Of course, it was good to get fresh seafood as well.
