Week 9
We had another solid week of training. We have continued to accomplish goals each vault session. In the most recent session we jumped from 6 and 8 steps again. Got on the next couple poles in the line and raised the grip. Now we're on a 15ft 18.0 holding 14.4. Feeling pretty good about it since I am broke down on jump days. Afterwards, I ran 1.67 through the speed trap.
This weekend we are going to do some cross training at the beach. A ton of surfing! Talk to you next week.
